Hi my name is Daisy! I came to the shelter with my sister, Lily, as an owner surrender. My sister has been adopted and I am patiently waiting for my forever family. I am a very smart girl who enjoys naps in the sunshine and daily walks. I know the command `sit` and `paw`. I am potty trained and kennel trained. I am an easy walker on a leash and I like to take my time during my walks to enjoy the sunshine. No rush for me! Recently, I found out that I might have some slight visual and minimal hearing impairment due to factors relating to my breed and how light blue my eyes are. This might be why I tend to take a little more time to warm up to new people and new environments. I would do well in a home with an owner who will help slowly introduce me to new friends or family. I am a gentle treat taker and prefer to snack on my comfy bed. I prefer a home with no cats or other dogs. What can I say? I want all your love and attention! I do have storm anxiety and I take Thundertreats to help me feel better when there is a lot of thunder. I am a loving girl ready to find a forever home! I am heartworm negative, spayed, UTD on my vaccinations, and microchipped.

Severely underweight, missing patches of fur, and covered in fleas, this precious girl was in rough shape — but her spirit never broke. From day one, she greeted staff with affection, her tail wagging at every new friend she met.Today, Mistletoes has blossomed into a fun-loving, energetic gal with a true zest for life. She lives for playtime and loves zoomin’ around the yard, soaking up every bit of joy she can. She’s super affectionate and never turns down a chance to lean in for love.Mistletoes is working on her leash manners, and with her enthusiasm (and love of treats), she’s making steady progress. She appears to be potty trained and is a very vocal girl — she’ll happily let you know when she’s ready for her potty break or wants attention.She’s microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and spayed — fully ready for her next chapter. While she hasn’t met many dog friends yet, she’s adjusting beautifully to shelter life and shows us every day just how much love she has to give.Mistletoes has the sweetest disposition, a big personality, and a heart full of hope. She’s waiting patiently for someone to see not where she’s been, but the wonderful companion she’s becoming.
