Story
Hi, my name is Rocky! I was found as a stray laying on a random front porch exhausted and sore from road rash. A Good Samaritan found me and reached out to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue to help me get the medical care I needed. I'm doing great now - a happy, healthy boy! I've had a pretty rough go of it in my past, but I'm a good boy who deserves a loving home. I know basic commands, I love the pool and playing fetch, and walk pretty well on leash. I'm best suited for a home with no other pets. I've done great with every human that I've met! I'm estimated at around 4 years old and last weighed in at 57 lbs. I'm currently being fostered by the great folks over at Arfington Pet Resort in Tamarac, Florida who fell in love with me when they met me a while back. My adoption fee has been reduced to $100 and includes the care I needed at the vet, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, neuter, and heartworm test (negative). If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. If you encounter any issues with our website, please email adoptions@gofar.dog.If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. If you'd like to experience all the love I have, and want to make me part of your family, please complete the adoption application by pasting this link into your browser: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sm2546&method=online_form_html&formid=21

Story
Draco is a beautiful and loving 2-year-old Catahoula/Pitt. He has the best personality and is loved by everyone who meets him - everyone wants to say "Hi" to Draco. If he were a human, Draco would be a fraternity president or a politician shaking hands with everyone. He is very good at training and knows basic commands - serious potential in this area. Draco would do well in a home that keeps him active, as he loves to run and play. He is neutered and up to date on shots and heartworm medication. Draco currently lives with two other dogs and a cat, and gets along with all of them; he also adores and follows my son. I can't speak highly enough about this dog, and he definitely deserves a 2nd chance at life in a loving home. I am his foster and also have his sister in case somebody is interested in both of them - pictures are included!

Story
Princess is a stunning 50-pound Catahoula-Pit mix with a lean, medium build. She is incredibly loving and loyal, with a goofy, playful personality that will keep you smiling every day. Despite her sweet nature, Princess carries some scars from her past, which make her cautious and a bit skittish around certain people. Because she struggles with sudden movements, Princess would do best in a home without cats or small children. What she truly needs is a patient, understanding person who can give her the time, space, and reassurance she deserves to feel safe and build trust. Once she lets you into her heart, you will have a devoted best friend and a truly special companion for life.

Meet Bentley! 🐾💙 Bentley is an almost 2-year-old Catahoula mix weighing about 60 lbs, and he is truly a showstopper with his absolutely stunning merle coat. Just as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside, Bentley is a very nice, gentle boy who wins hearts wherever he goes. Bentley can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly once he feels comfortable. He’s affectionate, kind, and forms strong bonds with his people when given a bit of patience and reassurance. Bentley is good with other dogs and would do well in a home with kids over 5, especially those who can respect his space as he settles in. This sweet, loving boy would thrive in a calm, caring home where he can feel safe and confident. With a little time, Bentley will become a loyal, devoted companion—and a truly stunning one at that. 🐾
