My name is Beaux. I'm a 3year old Catahoula. I'm fully up to date on all vet visits, vaccines, and shots (vet records in hand). I'm indoor raised, great with dogs but NOT CATS. I enjoy walks, playtime, a job and relaxing with my people. I'm very smart and I know basic commands after going to private obedience training.My ideal home would be on a farm, ranch helping my new family with their chores. Or a fenced in yard where I can safely play with my new family.I'm very handsome and gregarious! That is why my mistress adopted me in June during the Monticello Watermelon Festival. We fell in love!However, my mistress is 73 years old and I'm a bit too much for her. She doesn't live on a farm, or ranch and she doesn't have a fenced in yard.She isn't asking for a rehoming fee. She just wants me to have the best life possible and live in the right environment for me.We live in Havana, FL. My mistress and I are willing to meet you in Tallahassee or you may come for a visit to our Havana home.

Sandy is a 42-pound brown and white beauty with a big heart and a tough past. She first came to the shelter in early 2025 after being found chained to a porch with only a crate for shelter. She was later adopted and thought she’d found her forever home, but was sadly returned. After everything she’s been through, Sandy deserves a home where she can receive plenty of attention, love and patience. She can be shy at first and needs a little time to feel comfortable, but she enjoys the company of people once she’s settled in. She’s house and crate trained, gets along well with other dogs, but would do best in a home with no small animals or kids. Sandy is ready for a calm, caring home where she can finally feel safe, loved, and part of a family for good.
