Hi there, I’m Mama Odie! I may have “Mama” in my name, but don’t let that fool you... I’m still basically a big ol’ puppy myself! I’m just over a year old, and I recently finished raising five beautiful babies (whew!). Now that they’re growing up, it’s finally my turn to find a family of my own. Even though I’m young, I’ve got a calm, gentle soul. I like to take things slow, observe the world around me, and enjoy the simple things like sunshine, soft beds, and nice people. I keep my kennel clean and tidy (a lady has standards!), and everyone says I’ve got lovely manners. I’m a 3 year old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, a little shy at first, and I need a quiet, patient, and loving family to show me that the world isn’t so scary. With your guidance, I’ll blossom into the confident, loving best friend I know I can be. I get along with other dogs and dream of a forever home where I can be your shadow, listen to your day, share treats, go on walks, and of course, snuggle up for endless cuddles. I may take a little time to warm up, but once I do, I’ll give you my whole heart. Whether you’re on Kauai or ready to fly me to the mainland, I’m ready to find my forever family and fill your life with a little Oreo sweetness.
