Story
This striking 46lb Catahoula Leopard Dog mix is smart, energetic, affectionate, and always ready for the next adventure. With those incredible blue eyes and fun-loving personality, he has a way of making everyone around him smile.Like many Catahoulas, he’s an active working-breed puppy who thrives when he has structure, enrichment, and people to engage with. He loves to play, explore, learn new things, and be part of the action. He’s also incredibly loving and enjoys soaking up attention from his humans.Recently, he was returned after being left unattended outside with chickens, where his natural prey drive kicked in. Catahoulas are intelligent hunting and working dogs, and like many breeds with strong instincts, they should not be left unsupervised around small livestock or poultry. This wasn’t a “bad dog” moment — it was a reminder that puppies, especially working breeds, need management, guidance, and safe setups to succeed. This boy is looking for a home that understands the needs of an active, intelligent breed and is excited about continuing his training and socialization. In return, you’ll get a loyal, goofy, adventurous best friend who will be all in on life with you.✨ He would thrive with:• An active family or person• Continued positive reinforcement training• Structure, exercise, and enrichment• Supervised introductions to small animals/livestock• Lots of love, playtime, and patienceHe’s still just a puppy with a ton of potential and so much love to give. 💙If you’re looking for a smart, energetic companion who’s ready to learn and grow alongside you, this handsome Catahoula mix may be your perfect match. We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions. Story
Hi, My name is River. Even though I’m 9 YO, I am full of energy and love going out on adventures. I do need active parents and a big back yard to keep me busy at home. My best traits is that I enjoy learning new skills, easy to walk, and I’m a pack dog so I won’t stray away.

Story
Meet Polly Polly is a beautiful  ~8~ year-old Catahoula Hound with the softest soul and the sweetest heart. She may come across a little quiet at first — like that introverted friend — but once she feels safe, Polly begins to open up and show just how incredibly loving she is. She forms deep bonds with her people and truly just wants to feel secure, included, and part of a family. Polly has already been through more than she should have, but she hasn’t let that change her gentle nature. She’s still hopeful, still trusting, and still ready to love with her whole heart. Personality Gentle, sweet, and affectionate Quiet at first, then blossoms with trust Forms deep, loyal bonds Calm, easygoing energy Soft, soulful presence Good With Dogs ✅ Kids ✅ Horses ✅ Cats: uninterested Ideal Home Polly would thrive in a home that gives her a little time to settle in and continue building confidence. She doesn’t need chaos — she just needs consistency, kindness, and someone who will truly see her. She’s the kind of dog who will quietly become your best friend and never leave your side. Medical Spayed Previously had a benign mass removed and has recovered beautifully Healthy and ready for adoption Location Currently in foster in Northern California Transport available for the right home Why Polly Polly isn’t the loudest dog in the room… but she’s the one who will matter the most.June 6, 2026, 1:42 am
