He gets along wonderfully with all dogs, carries himself with calm confidence, and melts the moment you give him attention. This big boy loves nothing more than resting his head on your chest like an oversized baby who just wants to feel close. He listens beautifully, learns quickly, and is already well on his way with potty training. He’s also fully crate trained — he settles in quietly and sleeps through the night without a peep. TOBY is a mixed breed maybe some beagle in him and Mom looks Catahoula-ish male puppy who will be 8 weeks and ready for adoption in a few days. His mom is only 25 lbs, but we of course have no idea on who the dad(s) of this litter were, but seems likely they will be medium when full-grown. He's a typical, playful puppy who plays hard and then crashes hard when he finally tires out. Loves attention and lots of energy! Vetted to age. Good with other dogs, cats, and school-aged kids. (DOB ~10/16/25) 👉 Adoption fee INCLUDES: all vetting to age (including deworming, flea & tick etc), spay/neuter and microchip (if the dog is under 6 months, alter and chip will occur after they're 6 months, covered in full at our clinic or reimbursed partially at a vet of your choosing). If the dog is older than 6 months and not yet altered, we will schedule ASAP (normally within 30 days) at our clinic . We also provide as an incentive a $60 rebate for completion of positive-based training classes. I have had so many chances in my young life. Seriously...I was found with four siblings at about 2.5 weeks old, dumped in a box at the post office... we were so, so sick and close to death. My rescue mom really worked hard to get us healthy and LIVE. And we did! About 6 weeks later, we all got parvo..... and my rescuer was able to nurse all of us out of it! All my siblings have been adopted, and I am ready too! I am somewhat shy and will take time to settle into my new family. But I will adjust. I am best with another dog, calm and confident, because I will mirror that energy. As a gorgeous catahoula/whippet mix, I have plenty of energy and I love to play!
