Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Meet Plankton & Veyra!  If you’re looking for one puppy, one of these cuties could  Plankton (male) and Veyra (female) are 5-month-old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd mixes, and these two are already little TANKS. We expect them to be on the bigger side, around 50–90 pounds full grown, so their future families better start preparing their laps now.   Plankton has more of a white face and is our laid-back, people-obsessed dude. His ideal day consists of being as close to his humans as physically possible, giving kisses, and attempting to climb into your lap despite the fact that he is rapidly outgrowing it.  He rarely strays far from his people unless Veyra decides it’s time to wrestle, because apparently sibling WWE is a very important part of his daily schedule.  Veyra has the tiny white stripe and is our little explorer. This girl follows her nose EVERYWHERE and wants to investigate absolutely everything. She loves playing in the water and is VERY interested in fetch.  But she also has a serious case of FOMO. The second she sees someone else getting attention, she comes running back like, “WAIT. I heard there were pets happening over here.”  Both puppies are kennel trained, know how to use the dog door, and are doing AMAZING with potty training. They’re still working hard on their leash skills, but they’re young and learning more every day! • They seem to be okay with cats. Veyra is definitely the more curious one and would probably like to conduct a full investigation of any resident feline. These two are goofy, affectionate, playful puppies who love their people and are going to make some very lucky families incredibly happy. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi everyone!! My name is Dollipand I’m a 5 month old Catahoula mix looking for my forever family!  I’m currently 18 pounds, but the puppy calculator says I may grow to around 40 pounds (although those calculators aren’t always right ).   First things first… have you seen my BLUE EYES?!  I’m pretty sure they’re impossible to resist! I’m a total cuddle bug and absolutely LOVE being close to my humans. Belly rubs, you say?! YES PLEASE!!  I also love toys and, of course, anything I can chew on.  I’m almost completely potty trained and do amazing when I’m on a schedule! I’ll be honest though. I’m not a huge fan of the kennel. Why would I want to be in there when I could be cuddled up next to my favorite person?!  I get along with other dogs and love playing with them once I’ve had a little time to warm up. I will admit, though, I’m not a huge fan of sharing my human’s attention. What can I say… all eyes should be on me!  I’m just a sweet, silly puppy looking for someone who will love me, cuddle me, teach me, and let me be their little shadow. Could that be you?  Apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 13, 2026, 4:57 pm

Story
Reva is the sweetest dog in search of her best friend.   Her previous life was a bit rough so she is looking for a soft landing.  Her ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the time.  She would be happy to have dog siblings but is also good on her own.   Reva has been good with other dogs and older children.  She will likely chase cats.  Reva loves everyone she meets, but can be a bit timid around men until she gets to know them.  Reva is athletic and would love to have an adventurous family.   She gets anxious when left alone so she would do best in a home with someone home most of the time or have a very secure kennel.  Reva is fully house trained as far as using the bathroom.  She is still learning not to chew things up when she is nervous.  Reva loves to please her person, but anxiety does get the best of her from time to time.  Reva is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and is mirco-chipped.  If you are ready to add a fun athletic dog to your home, contact us today.

✨ Meet Luna Love Female • Parson Russell Terrier / Catahoula Leopard Dog Mix • 1.5 Years Old • 30 lbs • Healthy, Vaccinated & Spayed Luna Love is a beautiful blend of gentle heart and quiet strength.  Personality Luna Love is soft, affectionate, and emotionally intuitive. She bonds deeply with her humans and enjoys staying close — lounging nearby, leaning into gentle affection, or following you quietly from room to room. While she has moments of playful curiosity, she truly shines in calm settings. Breed Info (Parson Russell Terrier / Catahoula Leopard Dog Mix) This unique mix often brings together: Intelligence and problem-solving ability Loyalty and strong emotional bonds Sensitivity to environment and routine A balance of alertness and gentleness While both breeds are known for energy and drive, Luna’s temperament leans toward the thoughtful, calm side — thriving best with structure and positive guidance. Owner Responsibilities Luna Love’s future family should be prepared to: Provide a calm, consistent daily routine Offer daily walks and gentle mental enrichment Use positive reinforcement and patience in training Respect her need for a peaceful home environment Maintain regular veterinary care Even though Luna Love is healthy, adopters should take her to their own veterinarian as soon as possible after adoption to establish care. Things to Consider Before Adopting Luna Love does best in low-chaos, quiet households She should be the only dog or live with very calm animals Confirm landlord or HOA approval, including breed and size policies Consider your schedule, lifestyle, and ability to provide structure Adoption is a lifetime commitment, not a temporary choice The 3-3-3 Rule The first 3 days give Luna Love time to decompress, the first 3 weeks help her learn your home and routine, and the first 3 months are when trust deepens and she truly understands she is safe and home. ✨ Why Luna Love Will Be a Great Addition Luna Love is the kind of dog who doesn’t demand attention — she earns your heart quietly and completely.
