This dashing and charming boy is Alexander!Alexander came to PCHS when he was found as a stray in Lyle MN. The finders held onto him for over a month looking for owners but unfortunately no one ever came forward to claim him. He then made his way here so he could get some vet work and find his new home!Alexander is a happy, social boy who would love an active family to take him on walks or play in the yard with him. He does not seem to mind the other dogs and may enjoy a canine companion in his new home. He is thought to be about 2 and half and some sort of smaller shepherd type mix. He is on the smaller side and under 50 pounds. Alexander is looking for a fresh start where he can thrive. Could your home be the perfect fit for him? Ash is super friendly puppy that LOVES people of all ages. She's a social dog that loves saying hi to anyone she meets. She's been socialized since birth with a variety of dogs of all breeds and sizes. She gets along great with every dog she meets. She's currently in a foster home with two dogs, a cat and 7-year-old (so very social). Ash has her first and second distemper, has been on a deworming schedule, has had a wellness exam, and is microchipped. The adopter will take over the responsibility of getting her spayed at the age your vet feels is best. They were born on 10/25. A DNA test was done in her litter and they came back at 38.5% German Shepherd, 35% Australian Cattle dog and 26.4% Supermutt!

He is well trained and knows how to settle nicely in the home, making him an easy companion who enjoys being close to his people. Kaiser has joint issues that will require ongoing management, including a home with no or very few stairs and proper pain management for the rest of his life. This is essential to ensure his long term comfort, quality of life and well being throughout his expected normal lifespan for a German Shepherd. Experience with German Shepherds or similar breeds is strongly suggested. Kaiser would thrive in a home that values routine, calm enrichment and quality time over high impact activity.
