Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Sadie! Sadie is a 5 year old Bichon Frise mix and former mill mama who weighs in around 10 pounds. Sadie will do best in a home that has another dog there who can help her build up her confidence. She is a very sweet and very smart girl who has realized that not all humans are bad. She lovingly seeks attention for cuddles and loves to snuggle up and watch TV with her person. Sadie is also finding out the joy in playing with toys! Her foster mom is actively working with her on walking on a leash with her harness as well as on potty training- but she's a smart girl and is doing very well! Are you looking for a little snuggle bug to give a warm and loving spot to land? Sadie is your girl! Apply today! We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts. Bones is a 21-pound 1-year-old (b. Sept 2024) mixed breed - Australian Cattle Dog with something small - with one blue eye. She was adopted by her current owner from Lollypop Farm in early November 2025. She is, first and foremost, a snuggler. "Lazy Bones" loves her rest and prefers to take it curled up next to someone. She can be quite playful at times, especially belly rubs and ball-chasing. Bones was potty-trained by her current owner and has finished basic puppy training classes. Though not perfect, she has proven the ability to learn. As a young dog, she is understandably energetic, though when energized she can get jumpy and mouthy (but she doesn't bite in anger). She also barks a bit too often given she lives in a townhouse. She can be clingy, and isn't yet used to spending long stretches alone. She is taking anxiety medication, a continuation from her time at Lollypop. Overall: A good cuddlepup who could use more training, just not a great fit for her owner.

Gemma is a 6-year old Bichon Frise-Poodle mix and a former puppy mill mama who is now discovering the comfort and safety of home life. She is a sweet, gentle and affectionate girl who loves nothing more than curling up with her foster sister, or snuggling on the couch with her people for a cozy movie night. Gemma is currently trained to potty on a pee-pad, but she will also go potty outside when taken out. Consistency in a routine is key for her! She also does walk on a leash, but seems to prefer to be carried when she is in a space that is unfamiliar to her. She does beautifully on car rides! She is dog-friendly and would do best with another calm adult dog in the home for both comfort and confidence. She may be overwhelmed by a dog who is high energy or a puppy. Gemma is on the anxious side due to her past so situations can be scary- especially if there are stairs involved. Gemma needs a more quiet and calm family who has patience, love and reassurance to help this sweet girl feel safe. As stated above, we prefer she goes to a home with another adult dog with a gentle temperament. She may start shy, but once she feels safe she truly begins to blossom into a little cuddlebug who wants nothing more than to be close to you.
