Story
Pickles, a 3 year old, 15 lb Cocker Spaniel mix, is pure charm wrapped in soft ears and a constantly wagging tail. She is friendly, affectionate, and happiest when she is close to her people. She truly loves being near you and will gladly follow you from room to room, earning her well deserved Velcro dog title.
She has a fun, energetic personality and a curious zest for life that makes everyday moments more entertaining. Toys are her love language, fetch is one of her favorite games, and interactive playtime is where she really shines. She enjoys long walks and walks nicely on leash, but she is also thrilled to run and explore in a fenced yard.
She does great with people and happily accepts pets from strangers while out on walks. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys their company. She can occasionally get a little excited and end up in their space, but she responds well to cues and adjusts quickly.
She is eager to please and very food motivated, which makes training easy and enjoyable. She has never met a treat she did not love and will happily work for snacks and praise. She is still polishing her house training skills, but with consistent potty breaks every four to five hours, she is catching on well.
One of her funniest quirks is her ability to fall asleep absolutely anywhere. Bathroom floor, no problem. Laundry room, sure why not? She loves to sleep on her back and is always down for a good belly rub. If a door stands between her and her people, she simply pushes it open with her nose and carries on.
At the end of the day, she is a loyal, sweet, easygoing girl who prefers to sleep with her humans but is also perfectly comfortable resting in her crate. She brings warmth, laughter, and constant companionship into the home.
