S'mores is 11 years old and weighs about 25 lbs. S'mores is said to be a Cavashon (Cavalier Spaniel/Poodle mix) S'mores is NOT a hypoallergenic dog. S'mores came to us when his owner had to go into Memory Care. S'mores went everywhere with his owner his entire life. He was her constant companion and he went everywhere she could take him. S'mores is a happy boy who has taken this life change well. He LOVES to go in the car and enjoys going on walks. S'mores is house trained, does not need to be crated and walks beautifully on leash. S'mores is good with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. S'mores came from a family with grandchildren and we feel if there are children in his forever home he would do best with children 5 years and up. S'mores is all around a wonderful dog who wants to find his new people and enjoy his retirement years. S'mores is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. The Adoption Fee is $300.00 ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hi Everyone! My name is Natasha, and I just arrived at CSAC. I was rescued from a puppy mill. I have spent my life in a barn, a shed or a cage. The CSAC volunteer said that I am very sweet, not afraid to approach people to say hello and constantly wagging my tail. I do have a pancreas issue that requires medication added to my food to keep it under control. I do have a grade 3 of 6 heart murmur. The best home for me has people who have dog experience who can help with my training and acclimating to the outside world. The people in my new home should be able to teach me the skills I need to be a great pet: walking on a lead, house training, and socializing. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with CSAC. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will help me to understand that I am a cherished family pet, not just an animal to be used to make money. Sir Chester (AKA Chester the Fester) is a family pet. He’ll be 10 years old November 30th but is still a puppy at heart. He loves to roll on the sidewalk when the weathers nice and will do laps if he has a big yard. Requires a lot of attention and loves to sit in a lap. He’s a very calm dog that will stay by your side on your good and bad days. He loves meeting new people and enjoys going on walks. Although he has a sensitive stomach, he loves to eat bananas any chance he gets. Looking for someone to give him the love and attention he needs as he gets older with a yard for him to explore. Also someone who will give him plenty of cuddles.

At 12 pounds and 1 year old this sweet boy is in need of a soft place to land. Poor little Truman was found running scared through the streets of Baltimore City trying to survive. Kids were throwing cans and bricks at him. His previous life has left him extremely fearful and he will require someone with previous dog experience and a lot of patience.
