Name: Ginger         Best Guess for Breed:   Cavalier King Charles spaniel mix Best Guess for Age:  3 years as of June 2026          SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:   15.5 lbs   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.   Ginger is Looking For:    Through no fault of her own, this sweetie landed in the shelter. She's eager to have her own humans for sniffy walks and world exploration, and best of all - snuggles! Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well. Most of all, though, she wants to know where she belongs, to be safe and loved. In exchange - well, look at her! Her eyes! You get so many adoring gazes, so much love and loyalty. What do you say? Is she the one you see by your side?
