He will need a new owner who is ready to bring him up to date on his clinical care, vaccines, and medical evaluations.He has hair that has clumped on his lower back and does not wish to let us shave him. The Challenge: want to be 100% transparent so he finds the right match: Charmin currently refuses to use the litter box for both urinating and defecating. Because he has not yet been evaluated by a vet for this specific issue, we cannot confirm if this is a medical condition or a behavioral habit.
