Story

If you can’t see it here please text me and I can send to you. This adoption is NOT through Furry Nation Salvation and is a Courtesy Post. Please call the individual listed below with any further questions or to set up a time to meet the pet. Thank you. Please call/text this number if interested: Villa Byam, 317-517-6384. Cat located in this city:Apopka Florida Cat’s Name: Bianca Cat’s Age & Sex: 7 year old female. Cat’s vetting history (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped): spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): I adopted her and she has been amazing kitty. But unfortunately I had to move in with my kids and my daughter is highly allergic. I hope to find her a family that will love her! Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): Bianca is a very loving and sociable. She loves to be the center of attention. She is a lap cat and likes to be held. She loves being around people and roaming and exploring. Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): all supplies will go with the cat. What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): dry food that prevents fur balls. Although I just learned how important wet food is in a cat’s diet. I hope the new family and start to incorporate this into her daily meals. Read more below to understand why. :::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too! Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this). :::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT: 1) Please show up with a cat carrier 2) Small adoption fee of: $10 3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well 4) Please show up with your Driver's License. 5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine) We hope for her forever home to be: • A loving and responsible family • A safe indoor environment • Someone who will treat her like part of the family • A permanent home where she can feel safe and loved *Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you. Story
ADOPT-Bluebelle- a stunning Russian blue kitty who loves attention! This adoption is NOT through Furry Nation Salvation and is a Courtesy Post. Please call the individual listed below with any further questions or to set up a time to meet the pet. Thank you. Please call/text this number if interested: 386-214-9908 Cat located in this city: South Daytona, FL Cat’s Name: Bluebelle Cat’s Age & Sex: Approx 10 yr old female Cat’s vetting history (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped): Bluebelle was spayed and vaccinated as part of a TNR effort on 5/13/26 so she has a little left ear tip. (We didn’t know she was so friendly!) Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): This little blue beauty was found living outside a local extended stay hotel and was abandoned . we realized she LOVES being inside and LOVES being petted and knew we had to get her off the streets.. Now we want to find a loving, relaxed inside home environment where she can continue to thrive. Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): Bluebelle may be a little shy at first but allowed us to pet her almost immediately during her recovery. Within just a couple weeks, she allowed us to pick her up and carry her around like a baby. What a sweetheart! Here is a video on YouTube. If you can’t see it here just copy and paste this link into your browser. https://youtube.com/shorts/FusfsHjeswA?feature=shared She’s in a home with other cats and has made “under door contact” but no direct contact yet. It seems like she’ll do well with a continued gentle intro (see below). At this point in her life, she’s looking for a quiet place to call home, where she can choose to wander around or just take some quiet naps in a sunny window. Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): Some food, favorite toys to help with the transition. What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): Bluebelle loves her wet food and has been eating mainly wet food since she’s been inside. :::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food!
