💙 Meet Captain Paul! 💙 Captain Paul is a handsome grey boy with fur as soft as a bunny and a purr that just keeps going! 🥰 He was trapped outside during a TNR project, but we quickly realized this sweet boy deserved a chance at life indoors. There was simply no way we could send him back outside to fend for himself! Captain Paul can be a little nervous at first, but once he feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine. He loves cuddling, making biscuits on his favorite fleece blanket, and having a grand old time playing with his mouse toy. 🐭 He’s looking for a patient, loving family who will give him the time he needs to settle in and continue blossoming into the wonderful companion we know he can be. This handsome guy is one of those special kitties who just needs someone willing to let him bloom at his own pace. And trust us... he’s already come so far in his foster home. Boone may not be ready for the whole “picked up and carried like royalty” experience yet, but he is ready to quietly steal your heart. He now walks right up to his foster mom for love and affection, often leaning against her leg like a fuzzy little side hug to let her know, “Hey... I like you a lot.” 🥹 Boone is also a certified animal socialite. He loves other cats and even gets along wonderfully with his foster family’s dog. Basically, Boone likes everyone... as long as everyone respects personal space and possibly brings treats. And speaking of treats... Boone is extremely food motivated. The path to this shy boy’s heart is paved with snacks, dinner bowls, and the gentle crinkle of a treat bag. If you open a can of food, expect sudden confidence. Boone doesn’t need perfection.
