Penny is an affectionate girl who warms up quickly once she feels safe. She is playful and curious, although she sometimes seems a little unsure about how to play!  She is solid gray with a dense coat.  She appears to be a Chartreu mix. She does wonderfully with young children and is good at setting gentle boundaries when she’s had enough. Penny also loves other cats and would thrive in a home with a friendly feline companion. She is very cautious around large dogs and would do best in a home without them. Penny is being rehomed because her owner has developed a serious medical condition and will be moving out of state to help with medical expenses. This is a heartbreaking decision, because Penny is deeply loved.
