Introducing an energetic and lively pup who is six months old and weighs around 6 pounds. This little bundle of joy will certainly keep you on your toes! He is full of energy, but also has a sweet nature and gets along well with other dogs. However, he does have a touch of Jack Russell attitude in him. Initially, he was a shy and bewildered pup in his kennel at the county shelter, but with time and patience, he has started to come out of his shell. The more you get to know him, the more you will see his spunky side emerge. It would be beneficial for him to have a second active pup in the household to keep him company and engage in play. Due to his background and ongoing development in terms of personality and size, it is recommended to place him in a home without children under 15. Although he gets along well with other dogs, he is highly active and tends to settle down quickly after a playful session.
Meet Opossum, a lively and spirited pup at just four months old. We suspect he's a delightful mix of Chihuahua and Jack Russell, eager to absorb all the lessons on proper house etiquette. While he hasn't delved into leash training yet, it's all due to waiting on a couple more shots. So far, he's checked off two of his four puppy vaccines, in addition to being neutered and microchipped. Plus, he's all set with his one-year rabies and kennel cough vaccinations.Opossum's journey began at a shelter alongside another Chihuahua, possibly having spent time cooped up in a car with some caring individuals. He's seeking a household where he can frolic with other dogs and people. While he's still in the phase of playfully teething and nibbling, he adores engaging with fellow canines, regardless of their size—from 5-pound pals to those towering at 100 pounds. As far as we know, Opossum hasn't encountered cats or livestock yet. If you're on the lookout for a fun-loving, energetic companion who craves adventure by your side, this charming boy might just be the perfect match. His vibrant personality would truly blossom with another dog companion in the home, fostering a joyful and dynamic environment for all.
Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed. Adoption fee is $360.00
