Story
Hi! My name is Chico, and I’m a high-energy, happy guy who loves life and everyone in it. If you’re looking for a fun, playful dog with a big personality, I might be your match!I’m very friendly and get excited meeting new people—men, women, babies, and teenagers alike. I love attention and enjoy being part of the action. Other dogs are my favorite, especially my American Bully and Dachshund friends. I love to run fast, play tug-of-war, and wrestle around in the yard. Playtime is my jam!I’m still a work in progress when it comes to training. I’m not fully house-trained yet, and I get pretty excited around food and treats—I might grab them a little roughly and sometimes try to sneak other dogs’ food. Because of that, I’d do best with someone who’s willing to continue my training and help me learn good manners around meals and toys. I can be a bit possessive over toys, so guidance and structure will really help me shine.I don’t have separation anxiety, but I do like to bark—especially in my crate—even though I actually enjoy being in there once I settle. I haven’t tried leash walking yet, so that will be a new adventure for us to learn together!Overall, I’m a goofy, energetic, playful boy who needs attention, patience, and training to help me become the best version of myself. In return, I’ll give you endless fun, loyalty, and a whole lot of love. If you’re ready for an active dog who wants to learn and play, I can’t wait to meet you!My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’re welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we’re closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays

Story
Hi there, I’m Jolly, and I’m a Priority Pet because I need to eat a specialty food!I’m a sweet, happy puppy who loves to play, run around, and enjoy life. I have a joyful heart and an easygoing personality—I can be playful and silly one moment, then curl up for a nice nap the next. I love being around people and would fit right in with a family that enjoys spending time together.I get along well with other dogs, I’m good with cats, and I absolutely love kids of all ages. I’m still learning my house manners and crate training, but I’m trying hard and getting better every day. Loud noises like thunderstorms and fireworks can make me a little nervous, so I’d love a family who can help me feel safe and comforted when that happens.I’m full of love and ready to share it with my forever family. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle puppy to grow up with your family and fill your home with happiness, I might be the perfect match for you.One important thing to know about me: I’m on a C/D urinary diet, which helps keep my bladder healthy and feeling my best. Because of that, Pawmetto Lifeline considers me a Priority Pet, meaning I get some extra support to help me thrive in my forever home.As a Priority Pet, Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE for Jolly! That includes:Annual exams for life at Pawmetto LifelineCore vaccines for life at Pawmetto LifelineCost of medications plus 10% (*excludes HW/flea prevention) through Pawmetto LifelineJolly’s adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention, plus a microchip that is already registered to you!If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Story
Hi, I’m Teddybear, and I may be small at 15 pounds, but I’ve got a whole lot of confidence and charm packed into me.I’m 11 months old and full grown, and I already know how to live the good life. I love following my person from room to room, just waiting for the next chance to fetch a toy, go for a walk, or curl up for some serious snuggling. I’m very affectionate and generous with kisses.I’m great on a schedule and absolutely love long walks — a mile twice a day sounds perfect to me. My nose likes to lead the way, so I’m always busy sniffing and exploring. I also enjoy car rides and will sit quietly while you run errands, just happy to be along for the adventure.I’m housetrained, crate trained, and do well in the home. I’ll bark if someone comes to the door or a stranger approaches, but once you tell me it’s okay, I settle right down. When I want something, I don’t bark — I have a cute little whine that sounds like a bell to let you know.I get along with everyone I meet and love kids. I can be a bit of a toy shredder, especially stuffed animals, and I do enjoy running if my nose catches something interesting, so I need to be leashed before doors are opened. I’ll usually come back when called, but supervision is important. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who’s playful, affectionate, and always ready for walks, car rides, and cuddles, I might be the perfect fit for you.My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Story
Hello! I’m Michelangelo, and I’m a Priority Pet! ??I’m a sweet, laid-back guy who just wants to be near my people. I love following my foster mom around and keeping her company—it makes me feel safe and happy. I used to get a little sad when she’d leave the house, but now I get excited when I get to tag along. Honestly, I’m happiest when I’m by someone’s side.I’ve got a few favorite toys that make playtime fun, and while I sometimes need a little help getting onto the couch or bed, I’m getting better at it! I enjoy walks, but nothing too long—just a nice little stroll to stretch my legs and sniff the world.I’m friendly with everyone I meet, and you’ll know it when you see my sweet tail wag! I especially enjoy the company of older kids, and I’m not the type to bark much. I may be a little hard of hearing, so you might need to tap the floor or use a light to get my attention—but I’m a great listener once you do.I do take medicine for seizures and have a special diet to keep my tummy happy, but the adoption team can tell you everything you need to know about that.If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion who will be your shadow and bring warmth to your days, I might just be your guy.Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE -all included services listed below!Annual exam for life at Pawmetto LifelineCore Vaccines for life at Pawmetto LifelineFree annual HW test for life at Pawmetto LifelineMedication at cost plus 10% (*doesn`t include HW/Flea prevention) from Pawmetto Lifeline My adoption fee of $100 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Story
Chico is a sweet, settled, senior boy who needs a retirement home. He`s a chill boy who loves to be b your side and would be a great companion for a retired person/couple. He does ok with housetraining IF you take him out often, otherwise, he wears a male wrap and it doesn`t bother him one bit. All he needs is a place to live out his remaining time with lots of love. Chico is not neutered due to his age and health. The vet did not see the point in doing it. He is current on vaccines and microchipped. 12.5 yrs 8 lb.

Story
Ollie lost his forever home due to his owners health. He was then given to someone in November whose health declined and they had to give him up too. Two losses in such a short time. Ollie was cautious at first, but warmed up quickly. He is a sweetheart who is ready for a lifetime commitment. He has been around children and was fine, but we`d prefer no kids or older kids as he is use to a quieter home. All he wants is a lap! He will stick to you like glue and kiss your face if you let him! Neuter, vaccines, microchip and dental cleaning provided. 7 yrs old. 13 lb. (a little heavy) Looking for a close companion, Ollie may be your man. Housetrained if taken out a few times during the day.
