Bowie is feeling better now, and you can literally see the good days returning as his coat grows back in. Now that his pups are in good shape, too, Bowie is more than ready to get out, stretch his legs, and enjoy life—play yards, walks, sniffing adventures, and, most of all, a home where he can finally relax for good. At 17 pounds and just about 2 years old, Molly has all the makings of a little best friend—gentle, sweet, and happiest when she’s close to her person. Molly was found on the expressway, and while we don’t know much about her past, we can tell you this: She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She can be a little nervous when hands come in for pets, as if she’s still learning that kindness is the rule now—not the exception. With a patient adopter and a soft lap, she settles in beautifully and will continue to thrive with someone who’s home a lot and has time to help her continue to build the confidence she has already started to show.
