Rhino seems like a silly name for a less than 10 lb. pup like me, but it does make me feel big and strong. Maybe they call me that as I do have attitude. I've been called a "bossy" little dude with other dogs. I like them a lot but sometimes I can make it all about me. I've lived months of my life in shelters so sometimes I try to escape from my cage. Probably won't find the need to escape once I'm in a home and loving my life. I'm crate trained and working on my house training. And I've been taught to walk on a leash. With all these fine attributes, I'd be a great addition to your family.

Adorable Doyle goes beyond just being cute. Not only does this boy have a gaze that can melt your heart, but he is also very well-behaved. He likes other dogs and enjoys being around people. He received a gold star at the vet for being the best-behaved dog and made a few dog friends along the way. Doyle is about 1.5 years old and weighs 15 lbs. His long legs make him taller than most chihuahua mixes. His foster family calls him a Labrihuahua because he looks like a tiny Labrador on stilts. Since Doyle was found roaming the streets of Las Vegas, NM, a leash is probably a new concept for him, and he is working on house training. However, he is catching on quickly. Don’t let this boy slip away. He is a real gem. If you're interested in meeting Doyle, come to our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm, located at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot. Alternatively, we can arrange a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with a completed application.
