Rascal was brought to the rescue after being found in the middle of a highway at about 6 weeks old. He is extremely smart and attentive, has basic obedience skills and is house trained. He is an active pup but not hyper and loves to play outside with his foster sisters. He is a natural at fetching and enjoys playing with toys. He would love to find a great active family of his own!
