Meet Megan – a stunning 4-year-old Chihuahua mix with big, soulful eyes and the softest little ears that perk up when she finally decides you’re part of her trusted circle. This petite beauty (only about 10-12 lbs) is fully potty trained, crate trained, and wonderfully quiet when she feels safe and loved. Megan is a sensitive soul who takes her time warming up to new people; once she does, though, her sweet, loyal personality shines through. She’s just starting to discover the joy of toys and will tentatively carry a soft squeaker around when she’s feeling playful. We’re actively working on her trust issues, and she’s making fantastic progress every week. Megan is vocal when she’s unsure or excited (a classic tiny-dog alarm system!), but she settles beautifully with calm, gentle handling. She does not want to be left alone for long stretches, so a home where someone is around most of the day (or a confident canine sibling) would be ideal.
