Story
🐾 Meet Leo, the lovable 3-year-old Cocker Spaniel mix! 🐶 Leo found his way to Chihuahua Rescue in February 2020, and since then, he's been on an incredible journey of healing and trust-building. 🐕 Leo is a neutered male with a heart full of love. While he may be a bit leery of new people due to his past experiences, he's learning to trust again, one paw step at a time. 🤝 🎉 Leo's excitement knows no bounds when he's with the people he loves! He adores playtime, especially engaging in lively games of keep-away with his favorite toys. 🎾 👧🚫 Leo's exuberance and energy make him better suited for households without young children, and he's selective when it comes to other dogs. But with time and patience, he can make furry friends. 🐕 🐱 Leo's not a fan of feline company, so he's best in a cat-free environment. Rest assured, he's up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped, ensuring his safety. ⏰ Leo may require a bit of extra time and understanding, but the bond you'll share with him will be worth every moment spent together. 🏡 Give Leo the loving home he deserves, and watch him blossom into an even more amazing companion! 🐶❤️

Story
Whis is just a girl with a small vision problem. She is partially blind which means that any visits need to be slow and let her engage at her own pace. Once she loves you, look out! She may be in your lap for life. Whis is very food motivated and loves treats. She is used to walking on a collar and leash and will pull and bark at dogs from a distance, but once the dog is close, dog only wants to sniff. She loves car rides and is pretty chill when left alone once she is used to her new setting. Stop in and meet Whis...she may just steal your heart and treats!

Story
This older girl is Leia. She is a big fan of playing ball. She chatty and will speak her mind. Leia is crate trained and prefers to sleep in her kennel. In her perfect world her kibble would come with a delectable toppers each evening. Leia is not big on being left alone, especially when she is still getting used to a new place and new people. A tall and sturdy fence will ensure that Leia doesn't get a chance to take a stroll without permission. However, walks and sniffs along with brain activities like Kongs and snuffle mats will help keep her brain active and keep her busy when her people are not in sight.
