Cooper spent most of his life with one loving owner. When that owner became homeless and could no longer care for him, he was surrendered with heartbreak but also hope. A year later, he has settled beautifully into a stable home and is ready for someone who will cherish him. Affectionate Companion — Loves cuddling on the couch and being near his person.• Good Energy at 8 — Playful, alert, and engaged without being hyper.• Dog & Cat Friendly — Lives with 3 dogs and 3 cats; gets along well.• Mild Jealousy — May growl when another dog gets attention, but stops immediately when told “no.”• Quiet & Polite — Not a yappy dog, not destructive, and listens well.• Toy Collector — Carries toys, slippers, or socks around like treasures but doesn’t destroy.
