Story
This is Dixie -she is an adorable black and white, 2 year old miniature poodle take away by animal control due to neglect.  She was completed matted when she came in and had to be shaved.  Her fur is growing back nicely and after some vet care, she is now ready to be adopted!  Dixie is a snuggle bug and wants nothing more than to be held and to cuddle.  She will make someone a great lap dog.  She is good with other dogs, seems to be fine with cats.  Older, calm children would be fine.  It would be great if she find a home where someone was home most of the time.  She is spayed, up to date with shots, on heartworm prevention and crated trained.  If you would like to adopt Dixie, please visit our website at www.myhstc.org and complete an adoption application. Adoption fee is $85 and includes veterinary care We prescreen all applicants prior to a meeting.  To be screened, please visit our website at www.myhstc.org and complete an adoption application.
