Story
Meet Coraline!
Despite her spooky name, this 1 year old, 9-pound girl is the least spooky thing in the city! She's sweet, snuggly, and ready to charm her way into your heart. Coraline is not the life of the party, she is the dog that stays in your arms and sleeps right through the party, trust us we've seen her do it!
Manners
Coraline must be made up of sugar because she's the sweetest pup around! She has excellent manners, you can eat with her in her lap and she won't move a muscle. When she has to go potty, she goes right to the door and waits patiently. Coraline is the easiest girl on the leash and will happily trot with you and check out the sights and scents! She never eats anything on the streets and waits patiently for other dogs, bikes, and people to pass.
Because Coraline just arrived into care, she's only just begun training for things like 'sit,' 'down,' and 'stay.' However, she's so smart we think she'll pick it up in no time! Because she's so tiny, we've also begun teaching her the 'up' command, she's already starting to jump into our arms when she hears it.
Coraline has also picked up crate training incredibly quick! She may whine for a minute or two but she'll settle right in and go to sleep after just a minute!
People, Dogs, and Cats
Coraline loves people! When she meets new people her whole little body wiggles and she can't wait to make them her new best friend! While she hasn't met any children yet, we have no doubt that she would do amazing with them!
Coraline is both dog and cat neutral, she really doesn't have any strong opinions on either (though we have caught her snuggling with the resident cat). Coraline would do well with a calm canine companion who helps her grow in confidence and teaches her how to play !
Uniquely Coraline
Because Coraline is on the smaller side, she feels her emotions with her whole body! When she's happy and excited to see someone or something, her whole little body will wiggle!
Coraline is a little fashionista because she gets cold easily! She loves to be wrapped up in a blanket or wear a cute sweater to stay warm, a heated blanket is her favorite place in the world.
