Story
Thank you for looking at the sweet sweet girl we named her Ella! We took her in because she’d been wandering around with no food or water for days and was down to skin and bones. All she wants is a home and somebody to love her. I would keep her if it were possible, but I have a vicious dog with other dogs. It is not in me to take her to a pound and put her in a cage. She is not more than a year old and clearly her first year of life has left chain scars on her head and tail, and a horrible fear of chains. She has what is called refeeding syndrome. This happens when a dog has been starved and malnourished and when you introduced them to food, they will eat endlessly and they will drink water endlessly. She’s getting better with the water, but will still overheat if allowed. All Ella wants is to please, those that love her. And a very short time she has learned to sit and shake hands and understand the word no. She’s a special dog, one that fill your home with love and joy!
