Story
Pebbles is finally ready for adoption! Yes, the same Pebbles who was surrendered after spending years with her former family. The same Pebbles who suddenly found herself starting over and learning what life looks like now.❤️‍🩹Pebbles is 14 years old and just 12 lbs, but this tiny girl has a whole lot of love packed into her little body.Despite everything she’s been through, Pebbles is still the happiest little soul. She’s bubbly, loving, and once she decides you’re her person, that’s it — she just wants to be wherever you are. Whether it’s curling up next to you, going on walks, or simply hanging out, Pebbles is happiest when she’s with her human.🥰💊Pebbles does have chronic dry eye, so she does require daily eye drops. However, she taked them like a champ and without a fuss!Pebbles would love a home with a secure yard where she can do her adorable little zoomies and a person who enjoys giving affection and taking regular walks. She gets along just fine with other dogs, though she’s much more interested in spending time with her people.🐾She’s potty trained, great on a leash, and has the cutest little underbite that gives her so much character. Her foster lovingly calls her “Bubbles” because of her happy scampers and scribble-scrabbles when she gets excited. She hasn’t quite figured out toys yet, but her joy comes from being close to her humans.💖Pebbles has already been through so much change in her life, but she hasn’t lost her sweetness or her spark. Now she just needs someone to give her the loving home she’s been waiting for!🏡💌If you are ready to adopt this girl, visit our website for the direct link to apply!📍Based in Bryan, Texas. Story
Meet Daisy Female DOB: March 08, 2020 Weight: 29 lbs Breed: Cocker Spaniel Spayed (Fixed) Vaccines: Up to Date Microchipped Healthy & Adoption-Ready Personality, Breed Info & Expectations Daisy is a loving, gentle young girl with a sweet personality and a heart full of affection & she has the perfect balance of youthful energy and growing maturity. She enjoys spending time with her people and thrives on companionship, attention, and being part of the family. Daisy is happiest when she can form a close bond with her humans and enjoy a calm, loving environment. She has a soft, affectionate nature and enjoys receiving attention, cuddling, and spending quality time with the people she loves. Daisy would prefer to be the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. She is looking for a family that will make her a cherished member of the household and provide the companionship she enjoys. As a Cocker Spaniel, Daisy is likely to be affectionate, people-oriented, intelligent, and eager to please. Cocker Spaniels are known for their loving temperaments and strong bonds with their families. They thrive when included in daily activities and given plenty of affection and companionship. Daisy would thrive in a home prepared for: Daily companionship and interaction Continued training and guidance Mental stimulation and enrichment Structure, consistency, and routine Plenty of love and affection A lifelong commitment to her emotional and physical well-being She would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a devoted best friend who wants to be by their side. Training, Adjustment & What to Expect Many rescue dogs come from uncertain beginnings and may not have had structure, socialization, or training before arriving at rescue. Because of this, most rescue dogs arrive with only basic training at best, and some may have had no formal training at all. The rescue environment itself also does not always allow for extensive one-on-one training. While we work hard to provide safety, structure, socialization, and basic guidance, adopters should expect to continue training and support after adoption. Like all rescue dogs, Daisy may need time to adjust to a new home and routine. Patience, consistency, and love will help her feel secure and allow her wonderful personality to shine. Daisy will benefit from: Positive reinforcement training Daily structure and routine Continued socialization and exposure Exercise and mental stimulation Patience, consistency, and supervision Please remember the 3-3-3 Rule: 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to learn your routine 3 months to fully feel at home With patience, guidance, and commitment, dogs like Daisy blossom into deeply loyal lifelong companions. Owner Responsibilities & Veterinary Care Owning a dog is a lifelong commitment that includes training, daily exercise, companionship, routine veterinary care, financial responsibility, and emotional commitment throughout every stage of life. Daisy will need: Daily walks, exercise, and interaction Continued training and guidance Routine veterinary care and wellness exams Preventative care including flea, tick, and heartworm prevention Proper nutrition and weight management Regular grooming and coat maintenance Mental stimulation and enrichment A safe, stable, indoor living environment Because of her Cocker Spaniel coat, regular grooming and coat care will be important to keep her comfortable and healthy. Daisy is an indoor family dog and is not to be chained or left outside.
