Story
Hi there, my name is Souchi and I'm a 4-year-old female poodle mix! I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, spayed, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Loyal, Affectionate, Velcro Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: When I first arrived at CRHS I wasn't in great shape. I was very scared and severely matted to the point that I couldn't even go potty! Thankfully I was able to get groomed and now I'm a new dog! I am one of the most loyal dogs you will meet, I absolutely adore my people and want to be involved in whatever they do. I enjoy zooming around the yard like a little racecar. I'm a true Wisconsin girl: I love cheese! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 5 or 6/10 I'm usually a chill lady but can get quite the pep in my step when excited! Housetraining Status: I am housetrained, however it may take some time for me to adjust to the schedule in my new home. I should do well in a home: It is highly recommended that I go into foster-to-adopt, but it's not required. I am required to go to a home with children 12 years and over to ensure all of my boundaries are respected. I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats. My favorite activities are: Being with my people and being involved in their activities. Zooming around in the grass is also a blast! Things I need work on are: I could use some work on my commands. Any special needs: CRHS staff highly recommend foster-to-adopt but it's not required.
