Story
Bella views the world as a giant playground, completely unaware that she has three legs instead of four. Born in August 2025, this resilient white and black pup started life with a major hurdle when she was hit by a car, requiring a front leg amputation. Today, she navigates life with effortless grace, speed, and an unbreakable spirit that inspires everyone she meets. She loves to zoom across the grass, toss her favorite plush toys in the air, and collapse into a happy, snoring pile right next to you. At her current age, she is growing beautifully and is expected to top out at a perfect, manageable size of around 45 pounds. Bella does not want sympathy; she just wants a family to share her infectious joy, endless sweetness, and lifetime of loyalty.

Story
Aria is a very sweet girl. Her foster mom reports that she loves blankets, sleeping, and belly rubs. She loves squeaky toys and catch, though she’s not very coordinated and often ends the ball up under the couch. Though she is a working dog, her shape will show that she would much prefer to cuddle. Aria is very polite and she will not jump on furniture without invitation. Aria would do well in a home without cats or dogs larger than her. She can come across as “bossy” with bigger dogs, which they don’t seem to enjoy. Aria does have chronic allergies which are controlled my medication. She will most likely require this medication indefinitely. Please give Aria a second shot at life and contact the Humane Society of Imperial County today at ivhumanesociety@gmail.comVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 4:09 pm
