Scrapple is a fun-loving all around great pup! His biggest concern would be his leash walking when he's excited. We are still working on his loose leash walking skills, but we have found that he does better as the walk goes on! He’s crate-trained, has foster experience with no noted issues, and even enjoys the spa treatment, including baths and brushing. Scrapple gets along with other dogs but does best with patient canine friends, and his strong prey drive means squirrels are especially exciting! He’ll thrive with a family ready to keep him engaged, reinforce his skills, and provide the consistency he needs to be his best self. Auburn is a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who has had a rough start to life. She came to us with two babies and a pellet in her leg where someone shot her, but through it all she has shown incredible resilience and sweetness. At 4 years old, Auburn is super sweet and treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and bond with people. She does need a warm-up period to feel safe, but once she trusts you, her loving nature shines. Auburn would do best in a home with another kind, gentle dog who can show her that the world is safe and full of love. She deserves a forever family who will spoil her, give her the patience she needs, and prove to her that she is worthy of the love we already know she is. Auburn is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter filled with trust, joy, and companionship. Watch the video at 6:10 to see how much more comfortable she feels !!
