Story
Equinox is everyone’s little buddy and absolutely cannot stand the thought of missing out on anything! This playful, sweet and adventurous boy is happiest when he is right in the middle of whatever his people are doing. He has earned himself the title of little shadow thanks to his endless curiosity and FOMO, and honestly, it is hard not to love having such a devoted little sidekick. He loves chasing a ball, has recently discovered the absolute thrill of running up and down the stairs, and is always ready to head outside for another adventure.Equinox is making great progress with his kennel training and house training, and he is just beginning to learn about leash manners. He is already doing very well in his kennel and has learned to sit nicely when treats are involved, because a clever boy knows that good things come to those who wait! He is still a baby, so his new family will need to be patient and consistent as he continues learning all the important skills that will help him grow into a wonderful companion.Equinox loves his big dog friends and desperately wants to join in when they start wrestling. He might be a little too small to get involved just yet, but that certainly does not stop him from standing nearby and barking his enthusiastic encouragement! He is also generous with his affection, sneaking in kisses for both his humans and his canine friends whenever he gets the chance. He should do well with dogs, cats and children, with proper introductions, supervision and boundaries to help everyone get along safely.If you are looking for a loving little adventure buddy who wants to be involved in absolutely everything, Equinox could be your perfect match. He is ready to explore the world, chase all the balls and make sure you never have to do anything alone again!PLEASE NOTE: To meet our adoptable dogs, please fill out an adoption application. We don't have a public shelter, so this is the first step to meeting your new furry friend!
