Story
Meet Miss Piggie, AKA Bootsie the Polite Little Gremlin. She is known as Boootsie to her inner circle and is six months old. Her personality is semi-feral, semi-sweet, and fully fabulous. Bootsie is a tiny, spicy lady with impeccable manners and chaotic energy. You cannot pick her up (non-negotiable), but you may offer treats, and sometimes she'll allow a pet or two if the vibes (and snacks) are correct. Her special skills: • A+ scratching behavior. she only scratches where she is supposed to. Not the couch, not the curtains - she's a lady! • Professional-level “cat fishing.” Wave that wand toy and Bootsie goes from timid woodland creature to Olympic athlete in 0.4 seconds. • Laser pointer champion and must catch the red dot!I • Making friends with other cats. Bootsie will be your cat’s best friend/confidante/partner in mischief. What Bootsie loves: • Friendly resident cats • Snacks (all forms) • Being admired from a safe distance • Churu • Dramatic zoomies • Sitting politely while judging you What Bootsie needs: • A patient, kind human who respects her “no pick-ups” decree • An indoor-only home with at least one playful cat • Gentle routines, hiding spots, and enrichment toys • Someone who appreciates a slow-burn friendship Why adopt Bootsie>? She is the perfect mix of independence, entertainment, and eventual affection. Bootsie will adore your other cats, keep your furniture intact, and provide hours of laser-pointer comedy. You’ll earn her trust one treat at a time, and It’ll feel like winning a tiny, furry Oscar. E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information! Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Story
Wink has been with me for 15 years and is a wonderful cat. When I rescued her she had an injury to her eye and it had to be removed so she only has 1 eye but that does not slow her down at all. She is incredibly affectionate and loving. She purrs constantly and once she warms up to you she will sit by you and follow you like a dog. She still has her claws which is why we are looking for a new home for her. We have a 2 year old and an 8 month old that just started crawling. She loves them but she is not ok with them grabbing her. She is a senior but still looks and acts like a kitten. She has been an indoor cat since I rescued her as a kitten in 2011. It breaks my heart to give her up but it is what is best for our family.
