Story
Carol is a sweet, low-energy girl who just wants to snuggle up with her person and be loved. She's happiest napping by your side and getting gentle pets. Since having our child last year, it's been hard to give her the attention and consistent care she needs. Carol is a special needs dog; she takes anti-seizure medication every 12 hours (about $55/month). We're no longer able to reliably meet that need and are hoping to find her a loving home that can. She knows basic commands like sit, shake, and lay down. Not leash-trained; she pulls on walks and can't resist chasing squirrels or small animals. Generally good with other dogs and cats but may need a little time to adjust. She'll play occasionally, but mostly she just wants calm companionship and affection. If you're looking for a mellow, affectionate dog and are able to keep up with her medication routine, Carol will reward you with love and loyalty.
