You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Looking for a Love Connection Wanted: A loving home where I can be part of the family.  I’m Bonnie, a soon to be seven-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound looking to share life with the right person or family. I'd especially love a family with hound experience, one that will provide me with opportunities to learn barn hunt or take long sniff walks each day. I am dog selective, so if you have energetic, playful pups, I likely would not like them. However, if you have another laid back hound, I have been known to walk nicely with that type. See my video.Though I'm older, I respond very well to obedience training and leash training if you have some banana chips or other yummy treats to entice me!LOVES: ·         Sniff walks ·         Eating! ·         Chews ·         Meeting people (I love kids, they give the best pets) ·         Napping in the sun ·         A good run in the yard ·         Cuddling, pets, or just being right next to you DISLIKES: ·         Rain, snow, or cold ·         Being left alone for long periods of time NEEDS: ·         Fenced in yard (I can climb chain link fences) ·         Stability in routine ·         Home with no cats (I think they are toys to play with)     Estimated DOB:  05/08/2019 Adoption fee: $25 (6% KY sales tax included) *I have been sponsored    We would love to hear from you! Red is a senior who is around 10 years old. He weighs 52 pounds. He is good with people and kids but does like to nibble at your fingers if he thinks you have food. He is medium energy. He is good od with other dogs as long as there is no food involved. He is heartworm positive but due to his age we elected to do the slow kill method which isn't as harsh on his old body. He will stay on meds the remainder of his life. ##2333529##
