Story
Now, my name, of course, comes from the Kentucky whiskey. But it has more ancient roots, probably from the name of a Celtic deity associated with thermal springs and may be related to a Celtic word that means “foamy, frothy.” Pretty cool, pun intended, considering I have some coloring in my coat that is reminiscent of froth! I’m a sweet and friendly, still puppy-sh guy, crate trained, and playful; and with training would be a great tracker. I love people and other dogs. Think about it: after a hike or walk, we can chill out, you with your favorite beverage (bourbon?), me for a belly scratch. Now that sort of life is something to toast!

Story
Meet the Cereal litter! These sweet mixed-breed puppies (born approx Feb 2025) are just beginning to discover what it means to feel safe, loved, and cared for. They came from a hoarding situation where they didn’t get much attention, so the world still feels a little big and scary to them right now.Behind those cautious eyes are gentle hearts full of potential. They are quiet, observant, and incredibly resilient. With time, patience, and a calm environment, they will blossom into loyal companions who never forget the kindness shown to them. They would do best with another confident dog who can show them the ropes, and they thrive in homes that move at a slower pace. Every day they take small steps forward—whether it's coming a little closer for treats, following you around the yard, or learning to trust a gentle touch. If you believe in second chances and the beauty of watching a shy pup bloom, one of these special souls might just be the perfect match for you. They are fully vaccinated, microchipped, and adoption fees includes a voucher to get them spayed/neutered at Western Trails Vet in Edgewood, NM. ##2481791##
