Poor Lewy was found on a local well-pad with no owner in sight. We believe he was dumped there. Lewy is a rack of bones. He was not being taken care of wherever he came from. Lewy is on the mend and is very grateful for his every square meals. We believe him to be a hound/ rott mix around 2 years old. He is so full of love and listens very well. He is house trained and knows a few basic commands. He is now neutered and ready for a new home.

We were posted on facebook and shared but sadly no one came to claim us... We are now available for adoption. I am a very sweet, calm and loving boy that loves to be petted I am a little shy when meeting new people but I open up real fast once I meet them. I seem to get along with most dogs. Cats are a different story they smell like somthing I would chase in the woods... So no cats for me please. I have been Neutered, fully vaccinated, and current on preventives. My 4DX combo test came back positive for lyme disease and also Anaplasmosis, so I have been treated for it with a round of antibiotics. Pepper was surrendered to the shelter after her owner is moving into assisted living. He hated to give her up but she wasn't allowed to come with him. Pepper is a Pit mix of some kind with a pretty tri-clor coat pattern. She was so scared when she came in but now she has settled right in. She can be afraid of strangers at first but she warms up. Pepper loves nothing more than toys! More the better with her! She will go into the yard and collect as many as she can. A good game of fetch and she'll become your best friend. Good with other dogs. Needs cat tested but we assume she would be fine. Spayed and up to date.
