This cutie is Cosmo Park Avenue. He is currently 11 weeks old and weighs approximately 12 pounds. We think he may be a Beagle mix, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that he is an adorable pup and among the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies.
