Meet Astrid & Niko! Some best friends are simply meant to stay together, and that's exactly how Astrid and Niko feel about each other.Astrid is an approximately 3-year-old Corgi who happens to be deaf, but don't let that give you any pause; she's full of love, cuddles, and adorable personality. She's housebroken, knows how to use a doggy door, and gets along wonderfully with children, cats, and other dogs. She loves to snuggle, enjoys her naps, and is happiest when she's with the people she loves.Niko is approximately 6-7 years old (breed unknown) and is just as affectionate. He loves cuddles, kisses, and being involved in whatever his family is doing. He's great with children, cats, and other dogs, though he appreciates a little time to get acquainted with new canine friends. He's also very cooperative when it's time for grooming.While both dogs are wonderful companions on their own, their family is hoping they can stay together. Astrid has only ever known life with Niko by her side, and he has naturally become her ears, helping her navigate the world with confidence. Their bond is truly special, and keeping them together would make this transition so much easier for both of them.Astrid and Niko are courtesy listings and are not currently at the shelter.
