Story
Hello, we are Su-Won (Orange and White) & Davi (Pronounced Dah-Vee, the calico.) We are biological siblings, and are looking for a very special home! The two of us are a pair, so we'd like a home together, however we ONLY get along with each other and do not get along with other animals. So we are looking for a home together with no other pets! Su-Won is a lively one, and he LOVES to talk. Loudly. If you're not giving him attention, he will yell for it! Cornish Rex's are known as Velcro cats, and he is definitely a piece of Velcro! He loves to follow you around, meow for attention, and want your pets! He likes to sit on your shoulder like a parrot, and always wants to be with you! When you're not available, he curls up with his sister in their special "blanket beds" (the two of them ARE OBSESSED with these beds and will be sent home with them!) or up high! He loves toys, but prefers attention! Su-Won loves humans, but the only other animal he likes is his sister, Davi. He cannot be with other animals besides his sister. Davi is as cute as a button and knows it! She's a gentle soul who allows her brother to be the alpha, but knows that she's just as cute so she'll get just as much of attention! She meows, not as much as her brother, only when she has something to say! She loves to snuggle with him, and is a big fan of sleeping in the same special bed as him (if he's in the mood to let her!) She loves cat hammocks, being up high, and snuggling! Davi's FAVORITE toy of all time is this tiny lion and a little bird that makes audible chirping noises- she LOVES it! She also loves to go inside tunnels, but will always come out to sit on your lap! Su-Won and Davi are pure-bred Cornish rex's, and were originally adopted from a Cornish Rex Breeder in the south and brought by their former owner to Pennsylvania. When their former owner moved to Michigan last year, she brought the pair with her, but with her new job, she just didn't have enough time to give to the pair anymore. Cornish Rex's like Su-Won and Davi need owners who are around OFTEN, they are very clingy towards people and cannot be left alone for long periods of time because they get lonely. Because of their short, curly fur, they also should have sweaters to wear during the cold months, even though they are living as indoor only cats, because they get cold faster than other kitties. The two also are OBSESSED with their special beds, and will be going home with a "summer bed" and a "winter bed" for each of them (so 4 beds total.) It's important to both cats these beds are available to them all the time, as they REALLY love them! Sometimes, Su-Won can be a little stinker to his sister, and is slow to adjusting to change. He would need a slower introduction to his new home than his sister, and a patient owner who can let him adjust on his own time.Davi & Su-Won are special breeds of cats, which means they are also looking for special humans and cannot fit in with just any family. The pair are looking for an owner who can meet the following requirements: -Strictly indoors only. -No other pets, or possibility of other pets in their lifetime (No other animal of ANY kind!)-Must stay together, cannot be separated. -No traveling except home from the rescue and to the vet (Davi gets car sick.) -No children. -An owner who is home often and doesn't work long shifts or travel often.-An owner who would get cat sweaters and put them on them during the winter. -Must reside within the state of Michigan (We cannot do out of state adoptions.)If you are not able to provide all of the things above, your adoption application will not be considered. Davi & Su-Won are fixed, microchipped, up to date on all their shots, and negative for FIV/FELV. They are looking for a strictly-indoors home together, and cannot be separated. They need a home with NO other animals and do not get along with children. If you would like to meet Su-Won and Davi and see if they are the perfect pair for you, please submit an application at https://petangeladoption.com/adopt-a-cat
