Home Is Wherever YOU Are! Looking for a shadow with four legs? Higgins may just be your perfect match!
This stunning 3½-year-old Cornish Rex is as unique as they come. With his striking looks, endless energy, and big personality, Higgins is guaranteed to keep you entertained. He’s incredibly athletic, always on the move, and loves to “chat” with his people—he definitely has plenty to say! He also gets along wonderfully with both dogs and other cats.
Higgins has one very special requirement: he needs a family where someone is home most of the time. Higgins forms incredibly deep bonds with his people. When his favorite human is home, he’s happy, confident, and has excellent litter box manners. However, if he’s left alone for long workdays on a regular basis, he becomes anxious and worries he’s been abandoned. That stress can cause him to urinate outside the litter box.
This isn’t a behavioral issue or spite—it’s anxiety from missing his person. The right home for Higgins might include someone who works from home, is retired, is a stay-at-home parent, or simply has a schedule where someone is home much of the day.
If you’re looking for a constant companion who will be by your side, talk to you throughout the day, and fill your home with personality, Higgins will reward you with endless love and devotion.

All available cats are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, Feline Leukemia tested, and given a broad spectrum dewormer. The adoption fee is $600.00.
The rescue will not ship animals, and applications within 200 miles of Oklahoma City will be given preference.
