IN NORTH HOUSTON 77064 My family adopted Cleo in 2019 when she was 9 months old, and she immediately bonded with our other cat Izzy. They were the best of friends through the last five years of Izzy's life, and Cleo took it very rough when Izzy passed last year. Since then, she has been shy and taken to hiding in the back bedrooms, away from us and our other cats. We try to interact with her and she loves us, but is still skittish and runs when the other cats come near. The vets say she is healthy, but she is still mourning her friend. On top of that, I have lost my job and am struggling to find a new one, and it is getting increasingly difficult to take care of the number of animals we have at home. For her sake, it would probably be best to rehome her to someone that can better afford to care for her.
