Story
BB—short for Baby Boy—is a gentle old soul wrapped in a small, wiggly body. He’s the kind of dog who lives life at his own easygoing pace, preferring naps, cuddles, and snacks over chaos and commotion. He loves a good car ride, cozying up under the covers, and being wherever his people are. BB gets along well with other dogs, though he’d rather not share space with a bossy one (he’s too polite to defend himself and just lets them have their way!). He’s fully potty trained, crate trained, and has a unique deep bark that makes him sound twice his size—perfect for alerting you when someone’s at the door. Because he’s missing a few teeth, he prefers soft or moistened food and never says no to treats. BB adores attention and pets but should be in a home without grabby little hands, as quick movements can startle him. With his wagging tail, soulful eyes, and “perpetual judgment” face that hides a heart of gold, BB is the perfect companion for anyone seeking a loyal, low-drama best friend to share car rides, TV time, and love-filled naps. ✅ Prefers no small children or overly playful critters. ✅ Would love a quieter home for retirement. BB Baby Boy is a male Dachshund/mix who was was born approximately 10-11-17 and weighs 10 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. ***If you are serious about adopting, you must first complete and submit an application on our website. Our Adoption Team will respond via email from DollysLegacyAdoptions@gmail.com once you have completed an application. If a pet is still listed, it is not yet adopted as we update daily. All information regarding adoption policies are on our website***
