💖 MEET PEARL 💖 Sometimes it takes a whole village — and this weekend, that’s exactly what happened. Multiple rescues came together to safely trap two terrified little souls, giving them a second chance at life. 🐾 One of those precious lives is Pearl. This tiny 8.5 lb girl is estimated to be about 10 months old. She’s “missing” one eye, and her other doesn’t function, but that doesn’t stop her from melting hearts the moment she’s held. 💕 When she first came in, Pearl was absolutely terrified — frozen in fear — but with a little patience and a lot of love, she’s already showing her sweet, trusting personality. Pearl will be seeing our vet tomorrow for a full check-up, and she should be ready for a new home as soon as our vet clears her! Pearl will need a very securely and safe home as she is not able to see!

Story
Meet Turbo, our Pet of the Week! This presumed 8-month-old Dachshund/Yorkie mix didn’t look quite so handsome when he arrived as a stray. Matted to the skin and covered in grease after wandering into a local mechanic shop, Turbo definitely earned his name. Now cleaned up and feeling great, this little guy is full of puppy energy with a motor that never quits. Playful, curious, and always on the go, Turbo is ready to zoom his way right into someone’s heart.

Story
Meet MochaOur Playful, Water-Loving Pup! Mocha is a Lab mix (with a smaller breed twist!) who has been with us since he was just 6 months old. Sadly, he was left behind, but he’s grown into a sweet, gentle soul who’s now ready to find a home of his own. Mocha may be a bit reserved around people — he prefers calm environments and would thrive in a home that understands his need for space and patience. Once he feels comfortable, you’ll see his fun, playful side shine through! He absolutely loves other dogs and would do best in a home with a confident canine friend to help him feel secure. Mocha is happiest when he’s playing outside, splashing in the water, and enjoying the simple joys of life. After spending most of his life at the shelter, Mocha deserves a family who will give him the love and stability he’s been waiting for. Come meet Mocha — your future best friend might just be waiting by the water bowl!To make an appointment to meet Mocha, please complete your application at this link: https://PetsFurPeople.org/pre-application/ Follow it up with a phone call.
