Rocky is an adorable 9 year old white and orange Dachsund who was well taken care of and healthy, unfortunately, after his previous owner passed away; he was left with an abusive household who overfed him and neglected him. As a result, he has likely gone blind but is slowly losing weight. He is an affectionate, senior dog who has separation anxiety. We did not have the time to take care of him, so we have no choice but to give him over to a loving family who can better take care of him. Before his owner died, he was up to date on his shots and vet appointments.

This absolutely adorable 1.5-year-old Chiweenie is the definition of sweet! He may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, his personality shineshe loves dogs, cats, and kids! Buddy is experiencing so many firsts right now. He had never even walked on grass before coming to us, so hes learning all about the outdoors and potty trainingbut hes catching on quickly and making great progress! This little guy is going to make someone an incredible companion, and we have a feeling he wont be with us for long before he gets scooped up! Adoption fees are $350 unless otherwise stated. Senior dog adoption fees are $200. 100% of adoption fees are put back into the rescue so that another lonely and neglected dog can be rescued. We are grateful for your interest. Upon approval, the adoption fee is non-refundable. The fee includes the following: de-worming; heartworm, lymes, ehrlichia and anaplasmosis testing; all vaccinations including rabies; flea and tick treatment, microchipping and spay/neuter.
