Mr. Pickles is a 7-year-old Dalmatian weighing about 47.5 pounds, and he’s a beautiful example of resilience, hope, and the healing power of love. This handsome guy is still working on filling out a bit, but what he already has in abundance is charm, heart, and a joyful spirit that’s impossible not to love. Despite everything he’s been through, Mr. Pickles is a friendly, happy boy who greets life with tail wags and optimism. He’s dog-friendly and would likely enjoy a canine buddy who appreciates a good play session. One of his favorite things in the world? Ball time. If you’ve got a tennis ball and a little throwing arm stamina, you’re already halfway to being his favorite person. Mr. Pickles also has a few party tricks up his spotted sleeves. He knows sit and shake, and to top it off, he can catch a treat like a seasoned professional. Equal parts gentleman and goofball, he’s the kind of dog who will make you smile daily just by being his wonderfully earnest self. Mr. Pickles is looking for a home where he can be loved, spoiled, and celebrated for the amazing dog he is. He’s come a long way already, and now he’s ready for the best chapter yet: one filled with comfort, kindness, and a family of his very own. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
