Story
Opie is a little over four months old and weighs 35 pounds, a catahoula mix is our best guess. His foster thinks he should be fairly large size as his paws are pretty big topping out 70-80 pounds. Opie should have been named Curious George his foster says because he has to know what's going on and follow you wherever you go. Opie is one cool dude, he seems to have an old soul and is very good natured. He is a well behaved pup and seems very smart. He is somewhat high energy but then once he wears himself out he flops down and just observes. He loves to follow his foster family everywhere they go. He is pretty much potty trained except for an occasional accident and he keeps his kennel dry also. He loves other dogs, hasn't been around cats, as there are none in his foster home, but should do good. He carries toys around and loves to play with them. Opie doesn't do too bad on a leash either, he is going to be a great pup for sure! His adoption fee of $300 covers his neuter, microchip with registration, vaccines, and current monthly flea and heartworm preventions.  Please apply at gfrpets.org/apply ##2846287##
