Meet Tugboat! SEE FOSTER UPDATES BELOW! HOUSE-TRAINED & CRATE-TRAINED SNUGGLE KING! This 45-pound Kelpie mix is almost two years old and have the cutest pout in town! A boy that can wiggle with the best of them, Tugboat is ready to set sail to his new home! Tugboat is currently enjoying some much needed time with a fabulous foster family! House-trained and crate-trained, Tugboat aims to please! He lives for playing in the backyard and enjoys all sorts of toys. A fan of the simple things in life, Tugboat loves the water and is always up for a dip in the pool. Treat time? Yes please! He'll never turn down a tasty morsel you'd like to share. Tug enjoys frozen kongs with peanut butter as well as lickey mats with a variety of toppings! He's super smart and is the master of food puzzles and enrichment toys. His foster mom is able to take away both treat and toys with no issue. He's adapted very well to new things in his foster home and things like stairs and loud noises are not a problem for Tugboat at all! Eager to please and is always up for some snuggles, he doesn't hesitate to lean in close for some love. He's knows his basic commands and we know he's capable of so much! As he is still a young pup, Tugboat will benefit from daily exercise and continued training in his new home. He is guaranteed to be your loyal companion for years to come! Is your yard overrun with some pesky critters? Tugboat will happily keep your yard critter-free by chasing off those unwanted guests. Due to his prey drive, he will need a tie out, fence or electric fence to help keep him safe. A home free of cats or small animals is also required. Thinking about a road trip? Tugboat does amazing in the car, often taking a snooze while riding. He's ready to join you on all of your adventures. This handsome boy is always willing to lend a paw to help around the house. He follows his foster mom around, overseeing daily chores. He's the best helper! At the end of a fun-filled day, Tugboat sleeps quietly through the night, dreaming of the day his forever family comes to bring him home.
