Frankie Frost came to us during the brutal ice storm of 2026, wandering alone, freezing, and severely emaciated as he tried to survive on his own. Once we got him to safety, his true spirit melted our hearts. Despite everything he’s endured, Frankie is the sweetest, gentlest boy on the planet. He is deeply appreciative of warm beds, full bowls, and soft human hands. While he continues on his healthy weight-gain journey, he’s learning the joy of cozy couches, belly rubs, and being loved for the very first time. Frankie is a tender soul who’s ready to thaw into the family he’s always deserved.
