Story
Hi there! My name is Toby 🐾, but my government name is Polamalu. Toby is what I respond to best! I’m a 9-month-old Terrier Blend with a pretty crazy story. One day I got picked up and brought into a human’s home, and they’ve shown me all kinds of cool things. I learned what a dog bed is, and honestly, I could lounge in that thing all day. When my humans are home, we play with toys and sticks, but sticks are definitely my favorite. If you’ve got branches in your yard that need cleaning up, I’m your guy! I’ve also been learning human words like “sit,” “kennel,” “paw,” and “leave it.” I do especially well when treats are involved! I love belly rubs, toys, and exploring the world around me. I’ve got tons of energy, I’m learning new tricks every day, and I’d love a family of my own to show off for. If you want to add 4 paws to your family, call my humans to meet me! Bark to you soon, Toby 🐾

Story
Lilo is a sweet, loving, and very affectionate dog who loves being around people. He has a big personality and enjoys attention, playtime, and companionship. Lilo would do best as the only pet in the home, as he does not get along well with other dogs. He deserves a patient and caring family who can give him lots of love and a calm environment where he can thrive.

Story
Meet Terra 🤍 Terra is a young Dalmatian/Husky mix with a super goofy, loving, and energetic personality. She loves attention, being around people, and playing. She’s very smart and curious and definitely has that fun “big personality” energy. I got her as a puppy and I care about her a lot, which is why this decision has honestly been really hard for me. As she’s gotten bigger, I’ve realized she would probably be happier in a home with more space, more time, and a lifestyle that better fits her energy level than I can currently give as a nursing student living in an apartment. She would do best with someone active, patient, and willing to continue training and giving her lots of exercise and attention. She’s still young and learning, so she has a lot of potential with the right person/family. (She’s been to 2 Petco classes). Her spay surgery is scheduled for next week. My biggest priority is finding her a loving, stable home where she can really thrive and be happy long-term.

Story
Axle's mom was a dalmatian and dad was a black long haired collie. He is a sweet submissive dog. he is kennel trained and used to using a dog door. He gets along great with other dogs and has plenty of energy. So many black dogs in rescues are overlooked, this sweet boy deserves a chance in his own forever home.

Story
We got ozzie from our local humane society in 2022 when we lived in MN! She is the goofiest girl and such a good balance of active/a couch potato. As a puppy, she displayed some resource guarding with food and bones. We managed this by being sure to give her space when eating. We attempted to foster other dogs but Ozzie would not tolerate anyone else in her space. In 2024 our son came along and we realized she was not fond of children. She developed territorial issues once my son started moving around. She nipped at his hand and broke the skin with blood. Since then we have kept them separated every day unless we are both watching the interactions. We spoke to our humane society and they recommended behavioral euthanasia. We decided to continue to keep them separated until we felt comfortable with the decision. Ozzie would be best in a home with no children or dogs. She is not obviously aggressive towards cats. We love her so much and want to give her a chance at another home
